The head of government has been in Rwanda since 10 May, where he represents the head of state Ali Bongo at the Transforme Africa 2017 summit, from 10 to 12 May, in Kigali.
The participation in this top confirms, according to Emmanuel Issoze Ngondet, “the commitment of Gabon in favour of a democratisation of information technologies favourable to the development of the entrepreneuriat digital carrier of employment”.
Organized under the slogan « connect-innovate-transform », the summit of Rwanda sees the participation of the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union and the Director-General of Unesco.
It summarizes according to its organizers, “the challenges of the present to gain the battle of the services and the contents, to imagine digitalized urban public services (in 2030, 50% of the Africans will be in town) and to answer specific waitings of the women and the young people”.
